It was 1976 when this endless story began. At this point in time, major construction projects were proliferating in the country because of the nation's growing economic demands. Original founders of the company, including its president, Mr. Efren J. Pascual, Sr., saw this as an opportunity-a risky one yet a promising chance to take.

Starting with ₱4,000 initial capital and with nothing but excellent salesmanship, Mr. Pascual Sr. and his five other colleagues conglomerated commencing what we know today as Prime Sales Incorporated (PSI). The first PSI cradle was a small area in AFP-RSBS Industrial Park in Taguig City until we moved in to our new headquarters at Prime Corporate Center in Paranaque City.
