"Hindi naman tayo for Taguig [residents] lang kasi opportunity 'yan e, let us give opportunity for all those looking for a job. When we help people or one family member na makapag-acquire ng job, it is a big help to support the entire family," said Career Development and Placement Office Director Aljie Keemper Dacusin.

From 87 industry partners joining the event last year, this year's career fair grew bigger as they invited 150 companies, including Hallo Hallo Job, to join the school's event. Hundreds of job vacancies were offered by the companies that are looking for both fresh graduates and experienced workers to become part of their team.

"In-invite lang ako ng friend ko which is nakatulong din po sa akin kasi sobrang kailangan ko na magka-work. Itong job fair mas nabigyan ako ng opportunity para makapaghanap ng mas maraming trabaho dito sa Taguig, dumayo ako dito [mula Pasig] pero mabilis lang naman ang biyahe ko. Thank God kasi binigyan niya ako ng opportunity para makapag-apply sa iba't-ibang companies," said senior high graduate Hazel Mendoza about her experience in the career fair.

As a way to prepare their students to be skilled and passionate on the career they wish to take and ensuring that all of their graduates are employable, the university gives seminars for the graduating senior high and college students such as labor standards and education, how to analyze the contract, interview techniques, resume writing, and life skills training program.
