Gardner College provides career placement event to their students
Gardner College, the world's leader in innovation and champion of universal education holds a job 101 fair in their school last March 2, 2018 to help its students find the best career opportunities possible after their graduation.
The college is a premier international institution committed to the holistic development of an individual, excellence, innovation, and the transformation of the society. Gardner College strives to be the best in curriculum, programs, facilities, faculty and staff. They focus on offering courses related to Information Technology since that's the College's strength. This year, an approximate of 500 senior high school students will be graduating on April.
As the program officially started, students were seen lining up in Hallo Hallo Job (HHJ) up until the event ended in the afternoon, where most of them were very much interested in being a working student.
With the presence of the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) representatives on behalf of Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista and PESO Manager Carlo Magno Abella, a total of 450 students in Gardner College showed eagerness in applying for a position in HHJ together with over 10 other companies.
"This school fair is the College's initiative intended for our senior high school students, to help them in the aspect of career placement after their graduation," Office of Student Affairs Head, Mr. Khristian Chavez said.
PESO promotes employment programs in city residents in need of jobs; they organize the entire job fairs held in Quezon City where they also provide employment counseling and career guidance to individuals.
