Job Description

Orders materials, supplies, equipment, and follows up on vendors on shipment and delivery.

Creates Purchase Orders and manages PO corrections.

Check PO status, price and delivery date.

Manages vendor creations/ change requests.

Provides recommendations, coordination, and support for the purchase of goods and/cor services.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree of any course.

Graduates of Office Administration,Business Administration, or any equivalent course is preferred.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Knowledgeable of office management systems and procedures.

Keen on details and has strong organisational and planning skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

NON-SMOKER.

Willing to work in Libis, QC.

Project Duration: 3 - 6 months
