ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
• Improves functionality of existing systems.
• Be a key liaison between Gingersnaps, internal departments, and website developer to ensure proper definition of requirements, and timely project delivery (campaigns, vouchering, promotions, events, product highlights).
• Monitors website performance, quickly identify areas of concern and propose corrective actions based on the analysis.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
• Coordinates with internal departments on new product allocation.
• Spearhead processing of Product Upload Sheet by coordinating with concerned departments and assigned personnel.
• Monitors integration of Website Developers logistics with third party logistic partners
• Coordinates with Merchandising, warehousing and website developer on product inventory to monitor its movement and maintain it at an optimum level.
• Initiate and monitor the performance of quality assurance controls on products.
• Timely merchandise replenishment.
• Ensures availability of inventory of packaging materials, GWP items, freebies, etc.
• Conducts price check, content optimization, and image enhancements.
DATA ANALYSIS
• Conducts research to maximize site efficiency and market gaps.
• Runs reports, does analysis and presents to various departments and Management with a recommended course of actions based on Presta and Google Analytics stats and metrics.
• Analyses of data from multiple sources to develop an understanding of website and customers' behaviors and identify, prioritize areas of improvement in site usability, merchandising and promotions.
• Develop processes to improve tools and systems to drive reporting consistency.
• Trains and provides support to users of reports when needed.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT
• Monitors all customer concerns, ensures proper action by website developers and coordinates with Head Office and Sales operations for speedy action.
• Consolidation of Customers' concerns and ensures action done or initiates solutions by proper coordination with Head office, sales Operations, and website developer's customer service unit.
MARKETING
• Analyses of customer and product data to come up with relevant and effective promotions and campaigns.
• Conducts industry research on current practices and trends to drive traffic and sales.
• Spearheads photo shoot schedules and requirements by coordinating with marketing, merchandising, warehousing and website developers
