Ensure the communication and timely execution of the marketing plans in the form of programs, promos and events to Merchandise team OPs, in order to achieve the set objectives, that may be in terms of sales, profit or new product launch
Consolidate all information relevant to marketing and promotional campaigns to facilitate its evaluation.
Identify the important sources of information such as malls, public and private agencies where relevant data can be sourced for assessment of market share and sales performance in order to gauge the actual performance versus the target and proactively make necessary recommendations.
Research on creative and innovative designs to be used by the brand on store windows, display, packaging, media and other collaterals.
Coordinate with partners on ATL media, namely PR, Print, TV Radio, Billboard, Flyers, mail posters and ensure that policies and specs are strictly followed at the best quality standard.
A graduate of Marketing, Communications, and Advertising
A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in brand management or marketing
Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage external and internal parties
Good interpersonal, detail-minded, proactive and be creative and result-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-oriented environment
