Job Description:

-Will directly manage the store from all aspect of management and will be reporting to Area Sales Managers and to VP-Retail Operations

-Will represent the store in the Monthly Sales Meeting/Business Planning

-Knows how to analyze the brands and to look for possible effective strategies that could help the store in reaching their set quota

-Coordinate with the store staff to ensure sufficient inventory versus the targeted sales

-Knows how to effectively communicate with the staff, vendors, mall admin and 3rd party agencies/Coop

-Maintains optimal customer service and compliance with the company standards

-Encourage store staff to interact with customers and build up their personality and confidence

-Has strong Customer Service skills

-Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time

Job Qualifications:

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent

-At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

-With very good interpersonal and communication skills

-With strong Store Management skills

-Must be hardworking, analytical, and people-oriented

-Willing to work on retail store hours

-Willing to be assigned in South area.
