Graduate of BS Psychology or any related course.
Preferably with related work experience.
Has good interpersonal and communication skills.
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the development and execution of recruitment plans to efficiently fill open positions on time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Records, routes, and files received Personnel Requisitions.
Announces job openings through various mediums (posts in bulletin boards, company website, and other on-line or print job posting sites, gathers referrals, coordinates with TESDA/PESO/schools, searches for professional and social networking sites, joins job fairs, considers recruitment agency or head hunters for hard to fill positions).
Screens all applications received. Creates shortlist of candidates per position and invites applicants for initial screening through call, text or email.
Conducts initial interview and endorses successful applicants to requisitioning Department Head for interview and coordinates schedule of the interview.
Provides pre-employment requirement list and medical exam instruction to chosen candidate of
Department Head for hire. Monitors its submission/completion.
Arranges orientation by Training Department for first day of the new hire. Does the company tour and introduction to other employees. Issues company ID to new hires.
Prepares Applicants Report.
Arranges and coordinates various company events.
Coordinates employee relations concerns.
Maintains and updates the Table of Organization file for all departments.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
