Job Description :
The HR Associate for Culture and Engagement is responsible in providing support in the functional areas of employee relations, employee engagement, employee events, organizational communication, and the promotion of organizational culture. He / she is responsible for the implementation and administration of company-wide programs and events that yields a culture of quality and harmonious environment.
Organizational Communication
1. Responsible in timely posting of memorandum and posters on bulletin boards and other written internal communications .
2. Quarterly Town Halls – Responsible in conducting quarterly and special town hall meetings.
3. E-News / Social Network – Responsible in making use of social media to encourage the flow of information in both formal and informal networks.
4. HR Portal – Assist HR Officer in establishing an intranet HR site for easy access to information and self service function. Collaborate and make consistent follow-up from IT Department for the progress of request
Employee Engagement
1. Employee Events – Responsible for the implementation of events to promote interaction among employees.
2. Climate Surveys – Assist HR Officer in conducting a bi-annual surveys, analysis and presentation.
3. Survey Action Plan – Assist HR Officer to implement approved action plans to address areas that need improvement.
Promotion of Corporate Culture
1. Re-Launch and Promotion – Responsible in promoting Vision-Mission-Values of the company.
2. Corporate Recognition – Assist HR Officer to promote corporate values through recognition and award programs.
3. Employer Branding – Assist HR Officer to define corporate identity as employer-of-choice and promote this through social media. Enhance creativity.
Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Can start ASAP.
