Duties and Responsibilities :
Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
Attend meetings and keep minutes.
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
Make travel arrangements for executives.
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
Assist in various corporate accounts' coordination, including receiving and processing orders.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
