Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills across a board range of customers including end users, business partners, and internal stakeholders (ie. Account Executives, Account Coordinators)
At least 1 year quality assurance / training specialist position with background on call center operations, workforce management (wfm) and real time analysis (rta)
Knowledge on call quality standard
Ability to lead a team, providing leadership and clear direction aligned with the goals of the department and organization
Outstanding interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with ability to develop strong relationships both within the organization and externally with customers: and communicate effectively to receive and deliver information.
