Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business
Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Responsible in the analytics & procurement of appropriate merchandise and assortments that will ensure achievement of categories sales and margin goals for the Company.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Merchandising or equivalent.
Responsible in the analytics & procurement of appropriate merchandise and assortments that will ensure achievement of categories sales and margin goals for the Company.
Responsible for the over-all supervision of personnel assigned in his/her department/section.
Ensures that new employees are properly oriented on job duties and company/store/department policies and procedures.
Directs various activities to ensure proper implementation of company rules/regulations and standard operating procedures.
Evaluates performance, recommends promotions, transfers or dismissal.
Investigates incidents of violations to foster positive attitude towards company goals.
Maintains an open-line communications to foster positive attitude towards company goals.
Counsels and motivated employees in order to maintain high morale and discipline; initiates necessary disciplinary action on erring subordinates.
Trains employees on the job and recommends further appropriate training for potential subordinates.
