Job responsibilities:
Develops and implements programs that align workforce with key business strategies and initiatives
Implements organizational effectiveness interventions
Identifies and evaluates the learning and developmental needs of the company and each employee, and plans training programs for delivery
Supervises behavioral/ technical training for employees
Organizes internal and external courses, such as but not limited to classroom training, demonstrations, OJT programs, conference and workshops.
Design training modules, visual aids and presentations, and other training paraphernalia
Qualifications:
Graduate any business related course
Must have 3-5 years experience in the field in a supervisory capacity
Pleasant and excellent presentation skills
