• Responsible for acting as team leader for the staff
• Must be willing to do all-around work in the store
• Mediate as necessary when there are customer's complaints or concern that need immediate solutions.
• Ensures the highest level of food safety and customer service at all times
• Coordinates regularly with the Restaurant Supervisor for any changes/improvements in the store.
