Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
Experience in training needs analysis in a BPO/Shared Service Setting.
Experience in designing & creating communications in a Global Setting
Good experience of global transformation or restructuring projects
Very good understanding of HR function and HR processes
Very good experience with change & communication strategy & concept
Very strong Change Management skills
Intercultural knowledge and sensitivity
Strong stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (other language skills are a plus)
Willingness to travel (internationally)
Creation of communication plan with key stakeholders, e.g. management, co-determination (timeline, content, etc.)
Preparation and support of change management, change impact assessment and stakeholder management activities
Prepare communication material for diverse stakeholders' groups including business leaders, employees & managers, retained HR, vendors, etc.
Tailor change & communication tools, methods and plans
Lead training need analysis and steer training curriculum development
