Make HR strategy and development plan based on corporate strategy, deploy HR accordingly;
Coordinate organizational structure and build functions for each position, determine the structure, compilation, post, employees and their responsibilities;
Responsible to build and execute recruitment, C&B, KPI and all the other management module;
Set up communication channel and PR both internally and externally, set up good relationship between employer and employees;
Organize and launch on-boarding, promotion and evaluation process, as well as HR information
Statistics, Compilation, Analysis;
Organize and launch corporate culture;
Attend corporate top management meeting for decision making, make proposal to CEO;
Analysis HR status of the company termly, make proposal to CEO for management improvement, working efficiency enhancement. Continuously increase management level of the company.
