JOB DESCRIPTION JOB Job responsibilities:

1. Compensation and Benefits – Ensures that compensation and benefit services are carried out timely, accurately and in compliance with the company policies and satisfying external regulations.

2. Employee Relations – Prepare, propose and implement employee engagement programs and handle employee related issues and concerns in the mine site.

3. Workforce Planning –Review, propose and implement mine site table of organization.

4. Recruitment and Selection – Conduct recruitment strategies and coordinate closely with stakeholders to ensure immediate and future manpower requirements are met within prescribed period.

5. Training and Development - Plan and propose needed trainings/seminars.

6. Culture Management and Organization Development – Assist the Corporate HR Head in identifying and creating desired culture aligned with organization values.

7. Performance Management – Manage the performance appraisal process to encourage high performing individuals and teams continuously contribute to the achievement of business goals.

JOB Appropriate qualifications:

» Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

» At least 5 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.

» Preferably managery specializing in Human Resources.

» With broad practiced in organization development and employee relations.

» With strong personality in handling different people in an organization.

» Full-Time position(s) available.

» Can work in a fast-paced environment.

» A team player, effective communicator and a consultative leadership abilities.

»Willing to be assigned in Surigao del Sur Mine Site.
