Files and maintains confidential files and monitors schedule of the manager.
Arranges travel and accommodation and, occasionally travels with the manager to take notes during meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
Screens phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handles them whenever appropriate.
Organizes and maintains diaries and sets appointments.
Deals with email messages and posts often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
Produces documents, briefing papers, reports, presentations and constructs letters.
Organizes and attends meetings and ensures the manager is well prepared for meetings.
Communicates with clients, suppliers, and other staff.
Responsible for accounts and budget of the manager.
Performs other duties that may be assigned.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree
Has 2 to 3 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant
With exceptional written and oral communication skills, ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, good organizations and time management skills
Has excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Honest and reliable

Flexible and able to juggle different tasks and willing to work extra hours to meet deadlines
Discreet and understands confidentiality of issues, can protect private information
