Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business
Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
The role of Deputy Product Manager is to support and to work with the product manager in improving an existing product's marketing campaigns or developing new products fit for the company. Helps the product manager in development and implementation of different strategies to acquire a strong position in the market and stay ahead in the competition.
Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Monitoring tasks involved in marketing, sales and production; supporting the product manager in decision making, and ensuring that the quality and strengths of the product are not compromised.
Develop strategies to promote a product; help in identifying the target audience of a product; and check the efficiency of the implemented product development and marketing strategies.
Supervise the production, distribution and inventory of a product and analyze all aspects of marketing such as analyzing competitors and statistical reports.
Develop and implement different strategies to ensure the stabilization of the production.
Execute aggressive plans by working closely in association with various departments like sales, research and development to market the new products
Manage the overall budget for a particular project
To convey, recommend and provide different suggestions to the research and development team after studying and analyzing current market trends. They should first understand and convey the information related to customer's fundamental requirements
To make a place for the new and old products of the company by identifying the new potential areas.
