Requirements:
• College graduate of any 4 year course
• At least 2 years experience being a compliance manager/head
• Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
• Revising procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
• Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
• Review the work of staff to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training
• Excellent communication skills
• With background in ISO is a plus
