Duties & Wholesaler :
Accountable overall for the attainment of sales quotas, sales volume, margin of profitability and sales collection performance in his/her geographical sales area and the attainment of established goals, quotas and budgets
Helps Regional Sales Manager in creating and maintaning budgets and reports to the General Manager
Supervises FSR on weekly/monthly basis & provide guidance whether necessary
Qualification : Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Good business acumen, Negotiation skills & Professional Relations
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
In depth working knowledge of the designated/assigned area of operations with regard to market size, current and potential account, current and potential competitors & their market share, etc.
Good business contacts in area : i.e customers business & civic associations, local & government units, etc
