Duties & Responsibilities :
Accountable overall for the attainment of sales quotas, sales volume, margin of profitability and sales collection performance in his/her geographical sales area and the attainment of established goals, quotas and budgets
Helps Regional Sales Manager in creating and maintaining budgets and reports o the General Manager
Supervises FSR on weekly/monthly basis & provide guidance whenever necessary
Qualifications : Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Good business acumen, Negotiation skills & Professional Relationship
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
In depth working knowledge of the designated/assigned area of operations with regard to market size, current and potential accounts, current and potential competitors & their market share etc.
Good business contacts in area : i.e customers, business & civic associations, local & government units etc
