Role and Responsibilities:
-Ensure that any issues with the systems are efficiently resolved, to minimize disruption of operation
-Provide IT-level technical support to customers for GMS software products and web-based systems
-Provide dedicated telephone and live-chat support in real time for customers and other departments
-Ensure any repeat incidents are identified and escalated to ensure the appropriate solution is applied
-Ensure that all queries and support calls are logged and tracked
-Keep customers regularly informed regarding progress and solutions being implemented
-Create and maintain process and procedure documents in addition to other user-specific documentation
(including documentation on resolved issues)
-Take an active role in the user testing of new software products and services
Education and Qualifications Requirements:
-Must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or anything equivalent
-Must be able to speak:
- Filipino
- English
-No work experience required
-Preferably with experience in IT/Computer-Software or equivalent
