Role and Responsibilities:

-Coordinate all departments when needed

-Manage and handle Sales team

-Set Sales target

-In charge of Sales performance of Branch

-Provide training and development of Sales staff

-Reporting to Makati Branch and Upper management

-Other managerial duties that may be required from time to time

-Will be handling field work

-Must be assigned in Cebu

Education and Qualifications Requirements:

-Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in:

- Business Studies

- Business Administration

- Business Management

- Marketing

- Or Equivalent

-Must be able to speak:

- Filipino

- English

- Cebuano

-Minimum 4 years of working experience in related field required

-Preferably experienced as Assistant Manager/Manager in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent

Preferred Skills and Qualities:

-Must possess good leadership skills

-Must be able to manage people
