Job Responsibilities:
The Communications Coach is responsible in providing floor support on voice, accent and customer service skills and correct call handling ability.
Create a productive learning environment
Provides training on customer service, voice and accent
Call monitoring on customer service, voice and accent, and provide one on one coaching
Analyze agent's communication skills and able to recommend development plans
Ensure delivery of constructive feedback to agents
Review progress of individual agent
Design learning materials or modules
To perform other training related functions that may be assigned depending on business needs
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Mass Communications or equivalent.
At least 1-2year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent knowledge of the foundations of communication
Excellent oral and written English Communication Skills
Coaching abilities, team handling capabilities, leadership skills
Skillful in interpreting and presenting assessment data to others
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
Applicant must be willing to work in Eastwood, Libis.
