Bachelor's Degree (BS Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration).
With at least 3-5 years exposure on IT Products
With good presentation skills.
Preferably with good Channel Relationship.
Organize and control account to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales target and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts to achieve annual sales target.
Identify new sales opportunities within existing portfolio of accounts and identify new potential resellers to achieve and/or increase sales.
Plan and secure approval of annual marketing plan and acceptable annual sales target, monitor the performance of account and product specialist and take remedial action where necessary to ensure sales targets are met.
Monitor and control marketing funds provided by the principal to ensure that all activities are properly funded to achieve set objectives.
Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive advantage.
Develop and implement short and medium term sales objectives and take necessary action to ensure that these are achieved.
Maintain regular contact with other departments to achieve approved marketing plan and sales target set for the year.
