Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the CEO
• Maintain CEO's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel
• Handle information requests
• Assist in travel bookings
• Arrange for outgoing/incoming mails and packages for delivery and pick-up
• Greet and receive visitors of the CEO
• Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
• Perform other errands not limited to photocopying, faxing, answering phones, typing letters and other tasks
requested by the CEO
Requirements:
Knowledge and Skills
• Must be honest and reliable
• Assertive, innovative and result-oriented • Highly organized
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other business applications
• Knowledge of web and social media
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, or equivalent experience
• Preferred at least 1 year experience in the related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
