Provide administrative and clerical support to the CEO
Maintain CEO's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel
Handle information requests
Assist in travel bookings
Arrange for outgoing/incoming mails and packages for delivery and pick-up
Greet and receive visitors of the CEO
Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
Perform other errands not limited to
photocopying, faxing, answering phones, typing letters and other tasks requested by the CEO
Attend meetings whenever necessary
Other tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements:
Knowledge and Skills
Must be honest and reliable
Assertive, innovative and result-oriented
Highly organized
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other business applications
Knowledge of web and social media
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, or equivalent experience
Preferred at least 1-year experience in the related field
