Ensure a proper filing system

Process requests for office and pantry supplies

Responsible for purchase and maintenance of office equipment

Monitor office billings and make sure they are paid on time

In-charge of power and network testing

Point-person for all transactions in the office

Process gate passes for ingress and egress when needed

Perform other tasks requested by the Immediate Superior

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least

Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Has excellent communication skills

Highly organized and flexible

Can work under pressure

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Less than 1-year experience specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
