Job Description
Identifies and assesses customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Generates LOA for specific patients that are referred by Medgate Doctors for face to face consultation.
Notes down patient's complaint or reason for teleconsultation.
Willing to undergo training (telemedicine program) prior to actual duty
Willing to work full-time on an 8-hr shifting schedule (24/7 operations)
Inform the patient about Medgate services, products and partner clients
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies, meeting Medgate standards
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing/ Psychology/ Medicine or other Medical Allied Courses (License is not required but an advantage)
At least one (1) year work experience specialized in Healthcare Services/ Medical Support and Assistant/ Hospital/ Clinic/ Diagnostic Center/ Customer Service, but not required
Good written and verbal communication skills (clear and articulate)
