Job Description
Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated Task
Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
Receive complaints and resolve problems
Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
Prepare and submit performance reports
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's College/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel
Preferably with Payroll and training experience
Excellent administration skills
Excellent organizational skills
Good numeracy skills
Excellent communication skills
