Core functions:
- Post ads on job platforms and online channels
- Harvest and prescreen leads sync to job qualifications
- Conduct initial interviews/ phone interviews to assess minimum qualifications of candidates
- Schedules pre-qualified candidates for a face-to-face interview with hiring managers
- Coordinates with hiring managers on schedules and updates on schedules of interviews
- Inputs necessary and accurate information in process trackers and database in a timely manner
- In-charge of sending out email/ SMS reminders to invited candidates
- Helps in increasing pool of candidates through all possible sources
- Assist in creation of different sourcing initiatives for effective candidate pooling
- Performs other duties duly assigned by the management
Qualifications:
- Open to fresh grads
- Basic knowledge in HR and recruitment principles
- Experience in recruitment in financial service industry/ bank/ bpo is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet timelines and deliverables
