QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Collaborating with the managers help establish procedures and put them into effect
• Proof read any training materials, reports, presentations, documents and trackers required by operations
• Creation, monitoring and sustaining the overall team performance aligned with the business KPIs
• Escalation channel on disputes, memos and unresolved issues. Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams or departments.
• Manages compliance on operational processes, KPIs and HR-related concerns. Handles escalations and grievances working closely with the Human Resources team
Coaching and mentoring. Focuses on training and skill development of team members. Coach and help develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behavior
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
