Essential Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
Source, screen, shortlist, recruit and candidates and contribute to related personnel requirements for new business and existing projects.
Conduct off-site recruitment and organize job fairs/ caravans/ and other field recruitment activities at least twice or thrice a week.
Responsible for full life cycle recruiting in accordance
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, PESO, brgy, NGOs, and other professional organizations to proactively recruit candidates.
Maintain recruitment unit files, accounts, trackers, templates and guides.
Build applicant database and networks by uploading resumes generated from job portals, personal outreach and networking.
Prepare and post job advertisements to various job portals and other advertising sites.
Assist in process improvements including recruitment tools, templates, policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to promote a culture of purpose and excellence in recruiting.
Achieve targets for fill-ins and turn-around time of candidates (TAT)
Recommend out-of-the box solutions for existing recruitment challenges.
Any other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA - Human Resources Development Management
With at least 1 year massive experience in Recruitment.
Demonstrated experience engaging in multiple simultaneous recruiting and managing the entire recruitment cycle.
Ability to prioritize and communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external clients and candidates, both verbally and in writing.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and databases.
Willing to be assigned in Maybunga, Pasig City.
