The Sales & Marketing Officers is responsible for building business by closing sales based on the organizational targets. Identify prospects; maintain excellent relationships with the clients.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a member of the executive leadership team.
Participate in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives and operational execution.
Maintains and strengthens key customer relationships and develops and implement strategies for persuasively promoting service lines.
Directs and organizes the sales team to maintain and grow the current client base as well as prospect and secure new accounts.
Design, execute and evaluate short and long term sales goals and marketing strategies.
Actively evaluates the overall sales processes and strategies and ensures continued performance and success is achieved.
Perform market analysis on a regular basis and reviews results with the executive team, making any recommendations for adjustments in all corporate sales strategies.
Evaluates specific territories and identifies target markets for optimal sales opportunities
Ensures the organization is maintaining and improving customer satisfaction to the highest levels and is proactive in problem solving.
Ensures clients are full informed of all updates in regards to policy changes and services.
Evaluates the results of overall sales efforts regularly and reports these results to the President & CEO, Chairman of the Board.
Organizes sales and marketing meetings as needed and attend all scheduled meetings as mandated by the top management.
People management and development.
Mentor and develop the team. Manage work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance appraisal, and the building of an effective team.
Regularly provide guidance and feedback on the performance of the team.
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance.
Maintain a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating employees.
Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Candidate must be a graduate of Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship, or any 4 year course
With at least 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing or Client Coordinator
