The HR Supervisor is in charge of the overall facilitation and implementation of all HR Functions such as employee relations, compliance with the company policies, labor laws to ensure that there is an equal application of employment practices for all employees. Implement programs that will promote a safe and conducive work environment.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises the Administration staff. Ensure that all the deadlines of the teams are met on time.
Conduct performance appraisal of the team. Recommend learning and development plans for each team member
Coordinate communication and implementation of company policies. Ensure that company policies are implemented in a fair and equitable manner.
Conduct employee counselling to employees who have violated the company code.
Handle, facilitate and process employee violations, cases, grievances and infractions.
Receive and analyze all incident reports pertaining to employee violations
Perform data collection, preparation of correspondence, memo pertaining to violations, cases and infractions.
Spearheads and process employee discipline matters, facilitates administrative hearing and conduct investigation as needed.
Coordinate with the Company Lawyer on matters related to labor cases.
Represent the company in any mediation and NLRC hearings
Maintain labor related files and documents. Ensure availability of files when needed.
Maintain and safekeeping of employee case index.
Keep current with all updates on labor laws and company policies.
Ensure that all current updates of the company policies and labor laws are properly cascaded..
Report regularly to the HRAD Head on the status of labor related matters
Recommend programs that will strengthen the organization's employee labor relations.
Coordinate and facilitate company activities including but not limited to Christmas party, company outing and anniversaries.
Ensure that the required cleaning standards are being followed in maintaining the cleanliness of the building and ensure that the company is strictly complying with the safety requirements and program.
Coordinate with the safety and health practices within the work place to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
Ensure compliance to the company Quality Management System.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary.
Candidate must be a graduate of Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or any Business Course
Has 2 to 3 years of experience in HR supervisor or generalist work
Can keep confidential matters
Can work independently and on a team
With good written and oral communication skills
Willing to be assigned at West Avenue, Quezon City
