Job purpose:
The Recruitment Officer assists the Marketing Operations to help keep the business running smoothly through continuous endorsement of applicants to clients.
Duties and responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
Sourcing of Applicants via social media and job portals
Administering exams to applicants
Conducting personal and phone interviews
Endorsing of applicants to clients
Monitoring of candidate endorsements
Maintains recruitment databases
Interprets data and analyzes recruitment problems and solutions
Qualifications:
College degree, BS Psychology or BSBA – Human Resource Development Management
Good written and verbal communication skills
Computer Skills
Organizational Skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Adaptability
Flexibility
Ability to work independently and with initiative
Sense of responsibility
