-Atleast 1 year experience as HR Practitioner/Recruitment Officer
-Willing to do field work at least (4-5) days a week;
- Amenable to travel;
-Can work under extreme pressure;
-Can start AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Source and facilitates an end to end recruitment process;
-Monitor Service Personnel performance in their designated store;
-Ensure all Service Personnel are meeting company standards;
-Provide coaching and if necessary, sanctions on Service Personnel with infractions;
-Coordinates with clients on different concerns that need to be addressed;
-Attend General Meetings with the Service Personnel;
-Provide reports on a weekly basis with regards to monitoring the stores;
- Perform other tasks as directed.
