Candidate must be able to independently manage all operations relevant to security tools
Build sustainable relationship with customer accounts through proactive communications with them
Provide accurate and complete customer information by using the right methods/tools
Effectively handle each customer complaint and resolve them as quickly as possible to retain their trust and loyalty to the company.
Keep a comprehensive record of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and other necessary documents.
Strictly abide by communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Must have a good understanding of administration and operations of security solutions of network security.
Must have a College/University Certification/Diploma/Degree from I.T. related courses
Must have at least 2 to 3 years of working experience as a Tier 1 Analyst for a managed security service, Network, System , Database Admin or its equivalent
Must be knowledgeable in MSS business and its various levels of operation
Skills required: AD design, SIEM, HIDS, NIDS, Firewall Security, and networking concepts
With good ability to assess, investigate, and review events through SIEM console
Has Remote Monitoring Tools background of any application or services
With dynamic experience related to updates, patches, upgrades and alarm notifications/monitoring
Has outstanding customer service and technical support experience
Must be organized and has strong decision-making skills.
