The Senior Training Delivery Specialist will lead delivery arm of the Associate and Leadership Development training in Manila GBS, whether Talent Development or vendor-led. Localize and implement global programs as needed by the site. This role will assist the Talent Development Manager in ensuring the consistency of training delivery including follow through sessions, by keeping the Training Specialists abreast with technology and skills to facilitate training classes and follow through sessions. Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs, including the New Hire Foundations Training. Supports the Talent Development Manager in managing Training Delivery processes and SLAs. Partners with the Organizational Development Team in designing and developing learning programs. Establishes a loopback system with the training program designer on training content improvements. Assists the Talent Development Manager in ensuring that all training vendors are accredited and paid on time.
This position also plays a key role in deploying and supporting strategic initiatives from a learning perspective.
Primary focus will be for our leadership development program implementation and evaluation.
Job Qualifications and Educational Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.

A minimum of five (5) years previous experience in training needs/gap analysis, development of curriculum, and deployment of training programs (preferably in leadership development).
Minimum of 3-5 years of work related experience (conducting leadership development classes)
Strong understanding and application of adult learning principles and skill/knowledge based assessment
tool to evaluate application of training (such as Kirkpatrick's model).
Proven success in implementing training programs that have a proven impact on organizational financial
results and leadership development.
Certified facilitator of FranklinCovey programs (at least 7 Habits of Highly Effective People)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present in both technical and non-technical terms to large and small audiences.
Experience with virtual classroom tools such as WebEx and eLearning tools.
Efficiently and effectively responds to changing priorities and new requests or assignments.
