To provide a consistently high standard of customer service by communicating properly and correctly in order to maintain good customer service.
Processing of customer orders(over the phone) in consultation with customers to ensure specific requirements
Basic knowledge of systems (web browsers, internet, proprietary internal software)
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries using own initiative including, but not limited to; returns, adjustments (changes and cancellations) replacement copies, and correspondence via email
Daily, weekly or monthly filing/reporting as needed and may be required to carry out additional tasks as required
Being monitored for quality assurance.
Knowledge with customer service experience is an advantage

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
