The Client Administration department focuses on managing the onboarding and maintenance of investor accounts. They provide transactional and reporting support to clients and various internal departments. The group acts as an intermediary between the Front Office and Back Office, fielding a myriad of questions and inquiries. In addition to being the liaison between internal groups, the CA team delivers high quality client service to external business relationships. The client services group helps build scalable investment workflows and assists in the design and implementation of firm-wide projects, operational due diligence, counterparty management and client related activities
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
No work experience required.
Good English, oral and written, communication skills is a must
High attention to Detail
Must be highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively.
Must be proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, a team player and knows how to work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and metrics.
Computer and internet proficient.
Knowledge on how to use Excel functions including but not limited to the following Pivot Table and Vlookup function.
