Sends candidates' profile to the client for review.
Review resumes and evaluate candidate through screening and interview processes to qualify for opportunities.
Pipelines candidates for future need
Handles a high volume of openings while maintaining flexibility, professionalism and adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
Communicates with the client to ensure ongoing satisfaction and program effectiveness.
Post available positions on the internet to increase available candidate pool.
Solicit referrals and follow up with potential talent.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Maintains trackers/reporting tools.
Maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality.
Perform other duties which may be required by management from time to time.
Skills and Qualifications
At least a High school Graduate
With at least 3 years of working experience in recruitment offshoring (local or US hiring)
Must be willing to work night shifts.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
