Open files, research/select/place referrals with appropriate suppliers.
Responsible for updating system data with information provided by suppliers, clients, and directly from the assignees. This includes updating addresses, uploading important documentation, changes to client specific information, keeping notes updated in the system, etc.
Other responsibilities as necessary to support Global Assignment Consultant, client specific tasks and customer demands.
Strong computer skills - Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and job related systems
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work successfully in a team environment
Must be able to manage deadlines and multi-task in a fast paced office environment Previous international or intercultural experience
Secondary language skills a plus
High school diploma required
Undergraduate degree preferred
