Bachelor's degree from a college/university.
2- 3 years of supervisory experience in Credit and Collection
Good verbal and written communication skills
MS Excel skills a strong advantage

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure a high performing and well-motivated team of assigned Accounts Monitoring and Control Assistants is meeting, if not, exceeding established performance metrics to meet the objectives asaligned with the Service Level Agreements
Coaching and evaluation of Accounts Monitoring and Control Assistants
Monitors the day to day activities of Accounts Monitoring and Control Assistants
Handle escalated complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
Timely and accurate processing of client's requests
Provide proactive feedback and options to resolve client concerns
Liaise with other support groups in relation to case resolution
Come up with initiatives in improving team performance
Prepare regular reports
Perform other duties as assigned
