The Sales Assistant performs Sales Support functions and assists Sales Officers in processing loans, does coordination with other departments and others tasks needed by the business. As a member of the Mortgage group, you will be at the forefront of giving personalized and quality service to our clients. From coordination with Branches, Dealers or Sales Agents in carrying out the release of approved accounts to monitoring loan booking, the Sales Assistant will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency of our Mortgage business.
We are looking for Sales Assistant who will bring fresh ideas in the continuous improvement of our processes, and the passion when it comes to the execution of projects and tasks. We need our Sales Assistant to be versatile and enthusiastic when it comes to dealing with challenges that are inherent in a hyper-competitive industry.

Directly assists the Sales Officers in processing loans from application to booking.
Pre-screens applications received from the dealers, brokers or sales agents to ensure completeness and accuracy of information upon processing.
Monitors applications received from various selling channels and coordinates with the selling channels of Home Loans (i.e. dealers, brokers or sales agents) regarding their customer's loan applications.
Ensures that processing TAT is met across the process from loan application, approval/decision, booking and disbursement of loan proceeds.
Coordinates with internal departments in the course of loan processing.
Graduate of Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Course
Possess good judgment and strong attention to details
Must be results oriented, customer focus and team player
