The Operations Specialist position acts as operations support of the branches within the area. He also acts as manpower pool in filling temporary vacancies of rank and file in branches. Daily processing of financial transactions within the service standards of the Bank (deposits, withdrawals, encashment, payments, etc.)
Assessing customer needs and referring complaints to the Branch Manager for prompt resolution
Promoting the bank's products and services to generate leads
Acts as a reliever in the absence of Teller or Customer Advisor
Willingness to be assigned in different branches within the area
Minimum of 1 year branch banking operations / tellering functions
Should possess good customer orientation
With good problem and analytical skills
Encourages active participation and cooperation within the team
Actively seeks new ways of working to improve efficiency and productivity
Correctly prioritizes according to business needs
