Offers and services accounts of group insurance plans by:
Developing and exploring the group market through direct sales negotiations of bigger accounts with qualified corporate entities.
Establishing and maintaining good relationships with existing and prospective clients, agents and brokers to offer business opportunities for the company.
Checking and verifying issurance of franchises to agents and brokers.
Preparing costing sheets and group insurance proposals.
Attending to regular client calls and broker visitations.
Providing support and assistance in the negotiations of group business initiated by agents and brokers.
Entertaining to inquiries, problems and complaints regarding group insurance.
Properly turning-over of working papers and Group Policy Data to Accounts Assistant once account is closed.
Endorsing Accounts Assistant handling newly the closed account/s to clients or brokers.
Conducting initial plan orientation to members/employees of the newly closed accounts as requested by the client.
Coordinating with Accounts Assistants in servicing of group clients.
Drafting, updating and maintaining sales brochures, presentations/ promotional materials and other pertinent forms.
Performing other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
A graduate of a 4-year course
Willing to do Fieldwork
