We are looking for a Store Manager who's capable of managing Tapa King's brand and will ensure that the goals, vision, mission and culture set by the company are disseminated and understood by all Operations personnel.
Over-all in charge of the day-to-day activities of his/her assigned store.
Ensures that the company's mission statement, vision, values, policies and standard operating procedures are strictly implemented consistently.
Ensures all set targets are met and exceeded.
Monitors and implements cost control measures.
Adheres to the highest standards of health and safety requirements of the local government.
Ensures that all store personnel are well-informed, adequately trained, and continuously monitored in their respective positions.
Ensures completeness and availability of necessary manpower, stocks, supplies, equipment, facilities needed by the store to run smoothly and efficiently.
Ensures all maintenance schedules are monitored and followed.
Acts as back-up support for any position in case of manpower shortage.
Regularly monitors and evaluates the job performance of each store personnel.
Recommends prepares and implements “Local Store Marketing" activities to increase sales.
Handles escalated concerns, requests and inquiries from customers and co-employees as well.
Regularly and immediately coordinates and reports to his/her immediate superior regarding the status and operational concerns of his/her store.
Prepares, submits, analyzes and files complete and accurate reports needed by management.
Performs other related duties/tasks that may be assigned to him/her.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree- Business, Management, Food and
Beverage Course or equivalent.
At least 2-3 year(s) of extensive working experience in the related field is required for this position.
