Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism
Services or equivalent.
Responsible for coordinating activities in Main Kitchen personnel
Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and functionality of the equipment
Ensuring the consistency of F&B quality standards
Ensuring completeness of reports
Reseraching, developing, standardizing and costing of recipes and menu
